To install a custom theme, put it in the theme folder for Pivot/Pivot-lite:

macOS:     ~/Library/Application Support/Fors/Pivot/Themes
Windows:   C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Roaming\Fors\Pivot\Themes
Linux:     ~/.config/Fors/Pivot/Themes
